Knight Hedge personnel are in contact with regulatory
authorities, and industry experts, in established
offshore jurisdictions, to ensure that you remain up to
date on all current requirements relating to the fund,
and any requirements under consideration for the future.
Relevant information will be brought to your attention
immediately and appropriate steps recommended and
outlined for your consideration.
As issues arise, the personal director for your fund
will coordinate with the fund’s service providers to
ensure that action is taken promptly and in accordance
with any contractual obligations.
Naturally, on a day-to-day basis, your director will
also ensure that meetings are held regularly, minutes
are maintained properly and resolutions and agreements
are executed in accordance with the laws, regulations
and terms of the founding documents. |
